Rebeka Bautista

Rebeka concentrates her practice on family and criminal defense law. She focuses on divorce, child custody and visitation, mediation, spousal and child support, property division, negotiating and drafting of separation agreements, guardianship proceedings, and adoptions.

Rebeka also has experience representing clients in immigration, custody, and guardianship proceedings. Her past work included assisting domestic violence victims gain asylum for themselves and their children, as well as helping children gain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status to seek permanent residency in the United States.

She is also the President of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association, one of the largest specialty bars in Maryland, and was a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Leadership Academy Class of ‘22-’23.
